Public Bus Transfers

Train Transfers

The Maurienne Valley (Saint Jean de Maurienne, Valloire etc) can be reached by train from Chambéry town centre. Chambéry town centre is a five to ten minute taxi ride from the airport - there’s no shuttle bus. A local taxi from the airport to the train station costs around 20euros. Trains also run to Moutiers, Aime and Bourg Saint Maurice. But since the bus runs direct from the airport to these stops, it is usually a better option. Public Bus Transfers

The majority of the ski resorts in the area, including Verbier, Saas Fee, Crans Montana and Nendaz can be reached by public bus transfer from Sion. Buses to the various resorts run from Sion centre. A free shuttle bus runs between the airport and the main bus station during the ski season. The shuttle bus will meet your Snowjet flight on arrival at Sion. On your return shuttle bus departures from the bus station vary depending on the departure time of your flight. For flights departing Sion at 13:00 the bus leaves for the airport at 11:45 for flights departing at 14:00 the bus leaves at 12:45 and for flights departures at 17:00 the bus leaves at 15:45.

Train Transfers

Other resorts, such as Zermatt, Villars, Chamonix and Champéry are more easily reached by train. The train, like the bus, runs from Sion town. A free shuttle bus runs between the airport and the train station. The shuttle bus will meet your Snowjet flight on arrival at Sion.
